A closer look at where Arc Fusion fits.
Is Arc Fusion only for e-commerce?
No. Commerce is one application of the underlying platform. Its authentication, users, data, files, events, and business capabilities can also support SaaS, agent-powered products, marketplaces, and internal systems.
Do we have to use the entire platform?
Start with the capabilities your product needs. Map the services and their data relationships to your existing architecture, then expand the integration where it makes sense.
How do agents fit into the platform?
Agents can connect to API-backed capabilities through an integration layer, including MCP. Your application still needs to define the allowed actions, permissions, and approval boundaries for its workflow.
Can we explore the APIs before a full integration?
Yes. Contact the team to request sandbox access and discuss your use case. The existing API documentation explains the shared request structure and includes integration examples.
